Suggestions for a case with a power supply.

I really don't think it maetters for this guy's setup though.

I mean he's going to need to upgrade in a year anyways so why not just get a regular PSU so when the time comes he can upgrade hsi rig fully without sacrificing parts and leaving them in a box?

or he could go with Fortron....enermax...any number of PSU`s would work,,,stay away from Antec though...
They are still having issues with bad CAP`s!

In almost all cases with power supplies included, the power supplies provided are complete junk.

Buy the case on its merrits only and then do the same for the power supply. It will save you time and money in the long run.

You have to give us more info. How much are you willing to spend? Looking for a name brand case or just any cheap case?

When buying a case along with a PSU you are pretty much limiting yourself to only Antec. Antec is definitely not bad, but I would suggest buying a case and PSU seperate. You can buy something like a Cooler Master Centurion 5 or an LX-6A19. I would definitely suggest the LC-6A19. It cannot be beat at that price. For the PSU I would suggest something like a Fortron AX450-PN. It should be more then enough and is only around $50.

Why settle for a 350W when you can get more instead, especially given that prescotts aren't thrifty in power consumption.

Good point. I went with the Antec Sonata II with the 450W power supply. I picked it up at CompUSA since I didn't have time to wait for shipping if I had bought it online.

Good choice?
