Suggestions for a 22" LCD Mount?

My parents just bought a 22" AOC LCD HDTV from Costco ($250 AR with shipping) and are looking to mount it in their kitchen, above one of their doors. As such, they want it to be able to articulate up and down as well as out. The TV in question has VESA mounts, and weighs 15 pounds.

Any suggestions? I've checked Newegg and Amazon, but it's hard to tell what is good and what isn't.

Looking to pay <$30 probably.

Thanks. That's about as informative as "let me google that for you." What I'm asking is if anyone has SUGGESTIONS for specific mounts (i.e. any that they've used and like) not where to find some. I can search monoprice as good as you, I promise.

I have 2 of those, make sure you mount it into your wall-studs

This doesnt move out, but its still a good mount...

I'm sorry, I figured that when I asked for suggestions for what MOUNT to buy (notice what I did there? I didn't ask for where to buy a mount) that I would get people suggesting specific mounts. it's like asking for advice on what kind of tv to buy fitting certain guidelines and getting a "go check newegg, monoprice, or any other website" reply.

I'll be sure to spell it out word by word next time.

EDIT: By the way, isn't that the point of a message board? Asking for a question to be answered for free? I've never had problems in teh past but it seems more and more lately people are not reading OPs, are giving asshat answers (myself included, but only when I get asshat answers to begin with) and in general being less helpful.

That said, thank you for your suggestions, but I'm trying to mount a 22", those mounts appear to be for 23" and up (I'd rather not buy and adapter plate).

What about the omni monunts that radioshack sells.
I seen it on sale for $50 I believe for up to 24inch lcds.

I know it tilts and swivels but I dont know if it extends and retracts or not
