Been out of gaming for a while but have a nice monitor and don't need a case. For an ATX form factor - please suggest the best components for 1080p gaming at high or max levels...16gb ram...motherboard, CPU, GPU, SSD/HHD or Hybrid sshd...

Thanks for any suggestions. The less expensive the better...
