I use quite a few forums, though none as big as this one, and tend to lose or forget threads I've posted in. I dont know if it's possible since I guess you use bought/leased forum code but I'd be very useful if threads could have a little mark or icon change if the user has posted in them?

I know I can use the search fuction, or subscribe (soz I just dont want any more emails if I can help it) and this forum is easier as often the thread title link gets darkened (like any html link thats been used); but would be very convenient :) Even a "threads youve posted in" button beside "today" "search" etc would be good :)

The search feature, does just as you've asked. To search through every message in the thread listing to see if you've posted, well would be server suicicde ;). That won't happen. The today page also lists the last x posts you've posted.

Have you ever click the "today" button? A list of recent threads you've posted is in there ;)

How do you generate that list on the today page so much faster than a search?

On the TODAY page, down the right hand side it lists all your latest posts. Not sure how many it lsits but there's a lot there on my screen. No need to search or anything else.

If you set the today page to "classic", then under "Your Latest Posts" it will list the category, # of posts and last post date/time for the previous 20 posts you've made.
