ASUS is prob your best bet,it has features for overclocking,definately go with p3 733 and pc133 ram if Intel is your preference,but even an AMD DURON will kick its but on a benchmark(if you are into that)and a T-bird is even meaner!Stay with 440 bx chips or Via KT133's..........no 815 or 820 stuff it, is below average...i say this because i am not impressed with my 815's(anyone want an Abit SE6?)!!!
