Suggestion: Location tags on FS/FT forum

When someone posts a FS/FT, he should put some sort of tag in it to show the location of the item. this tag could contain the state (in the U.S.) or country abbreviation.

Example

[CDN] Maple Leafs mouse mat 5$
[ME] Patriots Jersey
[MA] Fenway tickets
[UK]
[MX]

You can then easily find an item in your area

This could be useful with some large items - i.e. monitors, cases. The kind of stuff you'd actually bother doing a local pickup on.

in which case, it would probably be ideal for the seller to indicate such in his topic title or summary -- since he's the one with that particular preference.

One should be able to look at the profile and get a clue.

Presently the profile must be enabled for the FS/FT use and the user must have a valid E-Mail.
Why not also require that Province/State and Country be valid also within the rule of use.
This way,if one is interested in the item, you can check the users location to make the final determination.
