OS is Windows 7 x64.
So I have a few thousand images in a 'Cool Stuff' folder that is essentially a wide range of high-res/high-quality photos and desktop backgrounds I have accumulated over an x amount of time. I want to figure out a easy way to:
1) Organize them by aspect ratio (i.e. separate folders for 4x3, 5x4, 3x2, 16x9, 16x10, 4x6 Portrait etc.
2) Also organize them (or maybe add tags) so I can pull them up by their megapixel count. Any freeware/trialware where I can easily figure out what photos are < 1 MP, 2-4 MP, 4-8 MP, 8+ MP etc.
I know I can just sort them dimensions-wise in Explorer and it has worked for most 'standard' resolutions. But it's kind of hard to eyeball something like 3872x2592 and figure out what folder to drag it to.
Is there something I'm missing in Windows Live Photo Gallery or Picasa (haven't used it in a while)?
