Suggestion for new motherboard

I have a Abit bx6r2 motherboard and need to replace it as I am giving it and the cpu to my son. I will be overclocking a cele566 to 850 and wondered what would be a good choice, if any one has any suggestions?

I'm still partial to BX MB's if your CPU, memory, and video card can dance at 133 (89 AGP). My Soyo SY-6BA+100 is running a P3-550E at 733 at default voltage. An O/C'ed BX board still beats the VIA's and the 815's. The only thing I lack is AGP4X and that's still a non-issue with current video cards.
