Suggestion for Mods

Mods probably hate suggestions, and I don't like dealers. So here goes:

I was looking at that one thread with the guy selling 8 Visors. The Mods lock it and call him/her a dealer but still leaves the original post there. If the original post is left there, then even though the thread is locked, won't the dealer still be able to sell his/her stuff?

So I'm thinking...that maybe the info should be deleted as well, that way, dealers won't have any chance of selling their things.

I will now hide for cover in case I get attacked for this...

<EDIT>Cool, I never thought of it that way. </EDIT>

We frequently leave the information in a locked thread to help other members get an idea of what is not allowed. They drop off the page quickly enough.

If the mod does decide to delete the link or other information to avoid the possibility of a dealer still being able to sell stuff despite the thread being locked (and this is nit-picking here), a mod comment would be helpful to let users know why the thread was locked.
