I have an Albatron 4200P Turbo, and want to capture video straight from coax (Tv cable, RG-6) or from RCA/ S-video out from a TV.
I would like at least a capture card w/ video out, stereo capture, and video compression.
I've been looking for a long time, and no card seems to stand out.
I have a PIII 800, 512 PC133, but will be upgrading soon anyway.
Any suggestions for cards under $300?
