Suggestion for a new Forum Topic: CDRW Topics

Would like to see a seperate Forum Topic to deal with CDRW or Burning / Soft and hardware.

Seems like the CDRforums and others don't have enough traffic in themselves to support a forum , but Anandtech has the people and probably the expertise to make it a success.

Alternative is to rename the Software/ or other one, to CDRW....soft/hardware.... whatever to get the cdrw posts collected in one place.
I know you can search, but sometimes you just want to browse to see what's going on in that world.

Also the best managed forum to keep things respectful and decent.

If you'd agree, give this a bump.

EDIT: OK. As always, helpful links and tips. Thanks.

First thing 😉

<< Please do not . . . bump threads >>

Secondly, what would the forum specifically cover?
Thirdly, you'd need to show value to a new forum. Is there an overflow of posts dealing with CDRW?

Once the full text search is re-enabled, finding certain threads will once again be much easier (Hoping for sooner rather than later)

Personally, I think that cdrw/burning topics can already be covered in software, general hardware, technical support. If there's the need, it'll happen.

The mods have said no to new forums for a long time. It took forever to get Highly Technical approved, and there was a fair number of people behind it.

As the mods say,
