If the fuse talk people still visit here, i think that a find your post feature would be beneficial for large threads, i cant tell you how many times i scroll page after page to find my post, so that I can see what has been written after it. Whaddya think?

If there are many pages, then set your post/page count to a higher number. That will reduce the number of pages to look through when you follows the suggestion above.

You can search by author, go to My Forums to get your last posts, it's all already there.

What I do is click the icon for View topic in raw text format (printer-looking icon at the top right), then use Ctrl-F to search. That will display the entire thread in one window, no matter how long it is, so you don't need to move between pages.

This is a big problem for me. :(

I can't exactly find me by searching for my name.

AHahahahaahahah. Yeah. That would suck. Well if you viewed page source and searched for the user ID of 65271 (at least thats what it shows on a mouseover of the View User Profile button on your post) that might work?

You and 50 (probably others, too) have that problem. Jason said back in February "There is a character limit on the search right now it wont search for anything less than or equal to 2. It will be looked at later." I guess "later" hasn't arrived yet. :(
