I know the Software forum includes gaming but I think we should have a seperate forum dedicated to just gaming. There's a good portion of AT forumers who game. Heck, to some of us, gaming is the reason why we keep visiting AT - to get the low down on the latest and greatest hardware for gaming. Just my 2 cents 🙂
 
I would agree, but the software forum is under-utilized already compared to some of the other forums.



In other words... It ain't gonna happen.

Not much happens in the Software, Programming, and Games Forum these days, so why not just start using it? The moderators aren't going to be adding any new forums - at least that's what they've been saying for... like... the past year, and I doubt they've changed their minds recently.
 
yep, there are a lot of gamers here. (exactly as you explained, trying to get my machines tweaked is what first brought me to AT)

HOWEVER, I believe that the level of activity in the existing gaming threads is a pretty good indicator of how much activity there
would be in a section for gamers..... ie: nadda 🙁
