Suggested memory timings.

I know what should be set for the basic memory timings, Cas, TRas, TRCD and TRP. But upon purchasing my new motherboard, an asus a8v deluxe, there are lots of memory options. There is TRC,TRFC,TWR,TRWT,TWCL, what should be set for these? By the way I will be using OCZ 3700EB ram.
