Suggested bios settings for GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 on new build

I am going to be replacing my current hardware with:

GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
i5 2500k
OCZ Vertex 3 as boot drive
16GB memory
2TB SATA 2 drive

What are the suggested bios parameters for TRIM and anything else I need? Im not going to bother with an overclock just yet until Im sure that the base machine is running right. Nothing is going to need RAID.

TRIM is automatic. Just make sure the the SATA is set to AHCI in the BIOS.

Does it matter which SATA-3 port I use for the boot drive? I also just found out the board doesnt have any IDE connectors so now I need to swap my IDE icydock for a SATA one with a new drive.

Which sleep state should I use, Im guessing S3 but see remarks about S4 and 5 in the manual.

Use the onboard SATA3 ports not the marvel ones. Not sure on your board but on m asus they are the ones next to the SATA2 ports

Just checked and the onboard SATA3 ports are labelled SATA3 0 1 and are white. Use Either of those
