Suggested BIOS settings for A7V333 o/c?

I just ordered an A7V333-R and will be using it with an XP2000+ and 2 512MB Mushkin PC2100 DIMMS (bought last year - wish I had PC2700, oh well). Can anyone that has this board suggest some good o/c settings (or a site that might have some)?

Oh yeah, I also have an Alpha PAL8045, 4 Enermax 80mm case fans and a Panaflo H1A HS fan.
