I've found Sawmill Creek. It seems like it might be the best one.

Are there any others work checking out?

Leros, it kind of depends on what kind of woodworking you are interested in.

www.lumberjocks.com is good for mostly power tools as is www.routerforums.com

http://www.talkfestool.com/vb/ is a good one that mostly involves festool products but does have some general woodworking info.

If you are interested in hand tools, they are harder to find but most bigger sites have hand tools sections.

Today I wanted some advice and went to
http://www.woodworkingtalk.com/
I had tracked several models of table saws back there, so I had an idea it was pretty active. Within a few minutes I had lots of help and opinions.
Here is the thread:

Ah yeah. I had found that one before. It seems like a winner.

Still debating about whether to go the power tool or hand tool route. I don't have any quality hand tools at the moment. I don't really have any good power tools either (except for a drill press, a small band saw, and a scroll saw).

So what do you plan on building? I just finished my first project and it turned out okay. Looking forward to working on more stuff.

I'm not looking at any large furniture projects. I'm more interested in smaller projects more detailed oriented projects such as small boxes. I'm also interesting in doing a bit of scroll saw work for things like wooden gear clocks. One thing in mind I have at the moment is a small Victorian looking frame/stand to hold a small tablet on my desk.
