Suggest mobo/cpu combo for 350W system

I have a case and a 350 W Antec PS sitting there and thinking about putting it to use. Could anyone suggest a good mobo/cpu combo. My only concern really is that the PS would be too weak for the newer processors out there these days. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Good question. I like to focus on gaming simply because if it can handle that, it'll handle the other tasks I would use it for, ie: internet, porn, movies. I just don't want to build a system and find out my 350 W PSU is too much of a wuss.

I'm currently running the rig in my sig on a 350w PS and it's got at least enough headroom to overvolt/clock the videocard to 1.5v on the core (brings the core clock to 700MHz) and the mem to 2.2v
Also, I can overvolt/clock my cpu to 1.4v but it only gives me a 200MHz OC so I have it at stock for now plus random HD's that I hook up every once in a while and this PS has not given me a single problem yet.
