Suggest me a good laptop for visual studio 2012/2013

Hi,
I am a software engineer. I need to by laptop to do my regular programming work of application/website development. I use Visual Studio 2012 and soon will install Visual studio 2013 once its beta is released. Please suggest me cheap laptop that

  1. have screen size less than 13inch
  • can run Visual Studio 2012 smoothly(1.6ghz is mentioned in system requirements) and

  • have good battery life.

I went over few company's websites and its really confusing.
