suggest laptop under 55 k for 3ds max

suggest laptop under 55,000 rs
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
i will be taking this laptop for animation,designing and some gaming also
should last at least 3 years.

and which brands after sale service is good in india?

What is that in dollars? Both laptops are good. Personally I would pick the Lenovo one.

Well, you'll want the one that gives you the most powerful cpu and most ram for the 3DS Max and since gaming is also on your list you are going to want the one with the best GPU as well. Based on your choices given I'd say the Lenovo but I'm not sure that 5730 will be good enough. I cant recommend anything better because I dont know what the conversion rate into US Dollars is. Just remember, you want most powerful CPU and most RAM you can buy because they will directly effect how well you can run and render animation more than anything else. I'd say you'd want a 1GB GPU type of card.
