Suggest a laptop for me

I am looking to buy a new laptop. Can anyone suggest the cheapest laptop that has the following:

A screen with a good viewing angle. I have had cheap laptops in the past and I don't mind the ubiquitous 768 pixel vertical resolution but I hate the associated crappy viewing angle that comes with such screens where colors get washed out toward the top and bottom of the screen.

A 17w cpu/gpu. I usually just browse the web and peform office tasks and feel that the 17w parts give the best battery life. So E450, Celeron 847, Pentium 877 type of power seems perfect.

A DVD drive. When I am doing sensative online stuff I like to boot an alternative OS from a live CD so as to minimize the chance of passwords being captured by key logging software.

Probably an X220/X230 from lenovo outlet like

http://outlet.lenovo.com/SEUILibrar...:item.detail?GroupID=445&Code=R9TBW61-2306CTR

But make sure it says IPS otherwise its going to be a run of the mill TN panel of yuck.

Unfortunately while that fills the screen and battery requirements, it lacks a DVD drive and isn't cheap. There are larger laptops with IPS like the Sony Vaio S 15 inch version with a disc drive but battery, price and components go way up.

Unless you can forgo the screen requirement might be easiest to get a cheap tablet like the Nexus 7 and a cheap laptop.

Thanks for the suggestion.

That laptop has a i3-3120M which is a 35w part. What do you think the battery life would be with the included 44w-hr battery? The lack of a DVD drive is a deal breaker though. I will check out the Sony because I am flexible with price. I just want the cheapest laptop with my required features.
