Do you have access to the BIOS? Disable CPU cache, it'll make the machine run like a 286.

Tape over the LED on their mouse or remove the ball.

Tape over certian pins on the ethernet port. If you get the right pin(s) it'll still light up the port, but you ain't getting on the network.

Install AOL.
 
Saw a pic here a while ago, cracked, me up. Take a person's chair and pull off all the castors, and set it atop small bricks.. "gangsta" office justice.

Have they got speakers that usually left on? Replace basic Windows sounds with custom files. You can add any content, specific to that person.

I like changing the sound files for windows actions. Like when one of my workers log onto the computer a you hear a pig. When they deleate something, a toilet flushes. When they use the back space you hear a fart..
