Suggest a few more components for this build

Here is what I've selected, but I want to know some good suggestions for the rest of the parts that I'm not sure about. I want this to be a great gaming PC without being at the highest-end, hopefully staying in the $1200-$1500 range when all is said and done. The links are for NCIX since I'm in Canada.

So, now I need a compatible Motherboard and RAM, hard drive (I suppose any 7200rpm 250gb or more will do.) power supply, case, dvd writer, sound card.. Please give some suggestions for these components (NCIX links helpful) that will make a nice PC without breaking the bank.
Also if there's any impending price drops that I should be aware of, that's worth mentioning.

Wait until July 22nd. That's when Intel will drop the prices on the processors.
