that comes with a very quiet power supply (even better if fan is adjustable) for p4, 350w is plenty
 
Few cases that come with PSUs come with really decent PSUs. So you've pretty much limited yourself to Antec, AOpen, Chenbro or Inwin. Some Athenatech cases come with the Sparkle budget line (Power Q or some such) and they are decent - check out the A600 series.
. AOpen and some Chenbro come with the better fortron/sparkle FSP line. Some say Inwin come with the FSP line too but I haven't been able to verify as the UL file number is registered to Inwin and even the label is not the typical FSP layout.
