sufficient cooling?

If I turn off all of my chaisis (case) fans when my computer is not being used (i.e in standby), will just the CPU fan and GPU fan be enough to keep my tower cool??

I'd recommend leaving all your fans on all the time unless there's really some valid reason to be turning them off.
