Sufficient cooling for XP2200+?

I was wondering whether the SVC GC68 would suffice to cool an Athlon XP 2200+ without putting a fan too loud on it. If not, what would be a better and quiet solution to it?
 
My understanding is that the SVC GC68 works pretty good for its price, but needs a louder fan for its performance.

The AX-7 will run with a quieter 80mm fan and still give decent performance. The Alpha 8045 performs similarly to the AX-7.
 
I have said it before and I will say it again, get the Swiftech MCX462 and get a quiet low cfm fan. The CPU will be very cool and you will not have to wear ear muffs.
