Sudden Stops in Win2k

I'm running,

1ghz AXIA @ 1233 mhz
Epox 87ka MB
Santa Cruz Soundcard (newest drivers)
MSI Geforce2 Pro 64 (newest Drivers)
Acer 12x8x32
Toshiba 12x dvd
30 Gig maxtor drive
Win2k pro Sp2

anytime I run a game or 3dMark 2001, I will suddenly get kicked out, no warning or anything, not even an error is given. Is there something here that I have over looked. I installed the drivers that came with each device (motherboard ect.) and downloaded the newest for the sound card and video. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciatated.

Yeah, sorry forgot to say that, I did. But I have yet to flash my bios with the new one, would this help?

if you set it back to 1ghz it will probably be fine again...

Yer this is a common instability problem due to OCing and heat.
