Sudden power loss

My PC began to fliccer and then died. I mean died - no power indications of any kind. I tried 3 PSUs, no banana. Checked all the usual suspects.
I'm assuming its probably my 6 month old MB?

And if I get a new identical MB, can I just swap everything over without any messing about with drivers/instals etc?

That is ussually an indication of a PSU issue. But if you have tried a few differnt new PSUs then the mothebroard is the culprate. If its the same motherboard you'll have no problems with having to reinstall the OS or anything like that.
