Hmmhh, never had this before, but now I get "not responding" all the time in IE6 within all of the forum pages. I know it's not me because all the other websites I visit are fine. Wonder if there were some changes to .cfm or something. I don't know. Anyone else?

And yes I cleared cache, cookies, etc.

Now main site index is doing it, as well. I wonder if it's Pipeboost?

It's timing out a lot for me now too. Don't know why; I can ping the servers with a 32ms response time every time, but IE^ is having trouble connecting - I'm on the subscriber server.
Ah, just gave me the error - an Anandtech page:
"Forum Error
An error has occurred. If you wish to notify the administrator please click here.
To go back to the main forum page please click here.
ERROR INFORMATION:
Request timed out
The time taken to process your request has exceeded the allowable limit of 120 seconds. Please notify the server administrator (using the mail link below) that this error has occurred.
Note: You can override the request time limit by adding a 'RequestTimeout' parameter to the URL used to request the page (e.g. page.cfm?RequestTimeout=500).
The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFQUERY), occupying document position (2:1) to (2:112)."

You guys are hitting the site and forums right during db maintenance so I am not surprised, go to bed :).

There are no issues with the sites during the day or night, but 1:30 to 5 all the db backups and other backups happen. We have monitoring on every box so we know before you guys do if something goes down. Thanks

Thanks for the explanation, Jason, as I sometimes forget about the maintenance periods. :)

Hamburger, i'm quite sure that has nothing to do with the forums. Thousands of people are using these things all day, there would be thousands in here complaning if it were a forum issue. Saying that, are you a subscriber or not? Is it when a specific ad is displaying, thats all I can think of. If you get a specific error that would help.

Thanks.

Ahhhhhhhhh, I figured it out. This ALL happened right after my subscription ran out. It has to be something with the different servers.
