With popular franchises like Far Cry and Crysis in its portfolio, Crytek is one of the biggest game developers in Germany ? but that could change soon if sixteen interior ministers have their way. Commenting on the country?s current parliamentary attempt to enforce a ban on violent videogames, Crytek president and co-founder Cevat Yerli has said such a move would force the prominent studio to relocate.

They aren't thinking about the children, this is all bullshat. Demented humans will be demented humans, with or without video games.

Well the Germans have a history of attempted genocide. Obviously violent video games will inevitably lead to the rise of a new Hitler.

Wonder what will happen to all of the German players on CoH.

If they need to ban something, they need to ban their language. As someone else pointed out in another other thread, every time you hear a native speaking German, it sounds like "Ve vill conquer Europe!"
