Such a thing as a 'Sonique remote'?

I was thinking the other day and would give an arm and a leg to be able to be laying down with the woman and be able to search a playlist without getting up. Is there a product out there that acts as a remote for Sonique or some other mp3 player, that can control track/volume service?
