Well, here is an update.

Well, the Vice Principle and my brother's math teacher were collaborating and both refused to issue my brother a make up test. The Vice Principle hates my brother... he implied it himself, so he was definitly trying to convince the teacher not to issue that test. Well, I emailed letters to the VP and the teacher, and I called up the assistant supervisor to tell the situation at hand.

Well, just yesterday, right when my brother walked into class, the first thing the teacher said was, "you can take that test if you want to, after school."

I think the administration is crappy, and the Vice Principle is incompetent and a jerk. For example, he keeps kids who he identifies has having discplinary problems on "special schedules." That means, he yanks them out of class everyday til the school ends(which is 2 weeks from now) at 12, and the have to sit at his office til 3 o'clock. I guess its not like kids with displinary problems have enough problems with school, why not prohibit their educational progression by yanking them out of class early and suspend them for stupid reasons! Lets keep them at the bottom.....

My brother, in the past had problems with talking too much in class. All the teacher complaints go directly to the VP. When my brother got in trouble which resulted in his suspension, the VP pulled out his file and suspended him based on his records. His records was enough to justify the VPs idea that my brother is just a "trouble maker" and always have the intentions of causing trouble. Its all biased.
 
btw, you might want to right to your school board, and possibly schedule a meeting with the principal.

fvcking school, im moving, which im almost glad about just because of my fvcking school, i live in wooster ohio right now, and the school is a really nice school, its got lots of stuff, ice rink, indoor track, olympic size swimming pool, all sorts of sh!t, but the teachers and counslers are fvucking retards, theyve got no money, so they have to cut a bunch of teachers, and theres a bunch of sh!tty teachers that they cant get rid of just because theyve been teaching htere a long time like one, mrs turning, she is such a fvcking b!tch, dam it i hate that woman, not a single person who went through her class last year or this year in my grade at least, came out with an A, not one, because she cant teach worth a sh!t and shes a dumb b!tch. she gives group assignments, gives you a sh!tty group, and then when they dont do sh!t, you have to take a sh!tty grade, cause they want to work in mcdonnalds all their lives, fvucking dam it, and they just got a new teacher this year they are firing, he was a really bad teacher too, im glad he is gone, i had him this year, he was our b!tch, we got an 8.5x11 "notecard" on every test, which we just wrote down the answers to the test on because he went through every test and gave us all the answers, fvcking retard, dam it that school pissed me off, grrr, so many more teachers to complain about, but ill stop, fvcking idiots, those classes were such a waste of my time, except science this year, that was a good class, that was it though, yeah, thats the only one i learned in

actually the money for the ice rink was donated, but i think maybe they ahve to pay upkeep for it, would have been fine except the levy didnt pass, because everyone in wooster is old and dumb and dont think that the schools need money, the schools get their money from property taxes i think, yeah, wooster is really dumb
