What is the success rate of unlocking these? I can't seem to find any polls in various forums.

From what I hear, the "unlock" rate on the PCI-E version is greater than that of the AGP version. Most people in these forums however have AGP 6200's, and they all seem to have unlocked the 4 pipes.
