I have two Pioneer TS-W304C subs. One has a cracked cone, the other a fried voice coil. I want to have at least one perfectly good sub, so what would be easier, replacing the voice coil using the good one, or replacing the cracked cone using the cone from the sub with the bad coil?

Also, I'm pretty new to speaker reapair, so any help at all would really be apprecaited.

A simple crack in the cone is easily repaired. If it's a hairline crack (or slightly larger) just apply some epoxy atop the crack. If it's a long, wide crack, fiberglass it.

EDIT: The change in Mms won't matter that much.
