Subwoofer Placement

Can the sub be placed on a platform that's raised from the ground? I want to place it on the platform that my PC is supposed to be on because my PC doesn't fit well there, and it's a good spot. Will it shake around or affect performance at all?

It's difficult to answer the question without any knowledge of your subwoofer, the object on which you want to put it, and what you do with your speakers.

Your best bet is to try it and see if it works.
