What do you think?

I know its a bit weak at 100W but its only $130. I already have a 12" Def Tech sub for my main stereo and this would be for my secondary stereo being used for my HT setup. My current sub is a weak 8" Cerwin Vega.

Do you think its worthwhile to buy this or should I wait?

Thanks!

The price is certainly right :)

It definitely won't equal an SVS or the like, but for $125 you can't go wrong if you are in a smaller room and don't NEED to test the structural integrity of your homes foundation.

I'm confused. Why not just use the 12" Def Tech for both stereo and HT?

Edit: Different rooms?

Yeah. I have a 50" TV HT setup in my living room but bought a projector for the family room. I went real cheap with the projector setup to not piss off my wife. Hence, the cheap speakers and receiver (refurb Onkyo 601).

I was looking at the SVS PB10(?) but its 3x the price. This sub seems like a very cheap alternative.

This dayton is recommended more often than the VX10 from people who have heard both. I owned the dayton and was very pleased with it.... until I got my PB-10. You should wait if you can.

I'll take some pics tomorrow. I only have some crappy ones of my old setup. :)
