Sorry, no more Quizno's. MS Subway has sued them for a sandwhich patent.

The patent covers all buns, which are cut open and have inserted other non-bread products(meat, cheese or vegtables/fruits).

The patent may also cover hamburgers and tacos, but that is up to a court to decide.
