Subscription went sour....

I signed up for 12 months of AT forums yesterday but in the middle of the registration IE6 blew up and crashed. I got the transaction number but then everything went blank and I could not finish the setup.
E-mailed subscriber@anandtech.com about this but no reply yet.

How to fix this?
