Subscription Help, Please Mods (yes, I sent emails, no responses)

Over the last 5 months I sent 4 or 5 emails to the subscriber address and another, but I never got a reply :(
This is my last ditch effort... can any Mods help please?

My nick is SonicFlux

About 6 months ago I could no longer log in.
My email address has changed to cboylan@houston.rr.com
(my old email was cboylan@swbell.net, which is probably what my profile says)

Can someone email me an account password, or at least explain why my emails were ignored?

We have no control over the subscriber accounts. However, if you would have sent emails to moderator@anandtech.com they would be answered in a timely fashion. Your email on file is not one of those you mentioned. We updated your info, and you should check your rr.com email now for login info.

xul you shouldn't have been emailing subscribers as this is a moderator issue they handle emails subscribers is just for problems with the subscriptions themselves. Maybe we aren't clear enough about that.
