subscriber account broken - IT'S FIXED!

Hello - I am not sure if I should post this here but I emailed subscriber@anandtech.com and have not gotten a response - I have been an active member/subscriber to anandtech for over a year now, I recently renewed my subscription and the changes where reflected in my "subscription information" section however I went to log on a few days ago and am told that i am no longer a subscriber - this is a great problem to me as I have several deals with people pending and have no access ot my PM box (i'm WELL over my 100 message limit) - someone PLEASE look into this

Prepare to wait for a response from the subscriber E-mail address, posting here isn't going to help unless perhaps one of the staff members catches it and is in a good enough mood to send it off to Anand. Also don't E-mail or PM the Moderators, they can't do anything about it other then refer you to subscriber@anandtech.com , unfortunatly your most likely going to have to wait. and since anand handles the subscriber stuff personally, your gonna wait a wile.

*sigh* okay, I knew i was not suposed to post here but it's been a few days and no response from subscriber@anandtech - I have several deals going on in the FS/FT forums that i need to finish up and it's painfull without being able to PM

welcome to the club, i have been waiting a week now for a response from anand on this same matter. mods have even messaged him on my behalf about it and it is still unresolved. anand needs to fix this soon, i am glad to help the forums out as i have been using thme since 1999 but we should get what we pay for otherwise cancel the service

Surely I'm not the only who sees this as flawed.
