Subnotebook/Netbook under 350Euros

Good day

I am looking for netbook for on the way, 10-13inch. I wanted to spend 300Euros, but 350Euros would be also fine, when theres a good buy for that amount. I came to the following subnotebooks:
-Asus X200CA (260Euro)
-Lenovo Thinkpad Edege E130 (320Euro)
-Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E145 (320Euro)

Windows is not necessary; I'd rather save 50Euro and go with Linux. Personally I think 2GB of RAM is not enough; I will rather go with 4GB of RAM. I don't need to play games with the laptop, therefore I have a PC. I will use it for movies and student work.

Do you need an actual OS, or would a chromebook do?

One thing about the Chromebooks that I don't like:
They only have a 16GB HDD or so. I want to store some music and movies on there. And I don't like that you need to be connected to the internet most of the time, because we only have a 2Mb/s internet connection over here. I'd rather prefer Linux or Windows, where you have more possibilities with Apps etc...
