The host 34.254.0.17 belongs to a network. What is the broadcast address of that network?

Answer: 34.255.255.255

Why? How are they so sure that it is 34.255.255.255 and not something else? 😱

The answer is right but for the wrong reasons imo. They assume every class A is going to be partitioned out as classful. We live in a world of classless addressing. And have for a long time. Interestingly enough this particular IP is owned by Haliburton within AWS. And is in the network 34.248.0.0/13 (255.248.0.0 ).
