Just checked your site, it loads much faster! The nav is also much more uniform, which makes navigating from section to section much more intuitive. If you miss the "spice" of a graphic based navigation bar, you can create rollover buttons that mimic the effect you had with the flash, with a lot less overhead.
I noticed, that you coded much of your site in Word? Not shabby for a Word job. I suggest digging a little more into HTML if you have the time and learning about CSS. CSS gives you much more control over how your site looks over different platforms and makes changing/updating your sites much easier. Say, you dont like the color of your text? Instead of changing each page manually, you can change one entry in a linked CSS file. Its amazing the work you can do with just a little CSS and notepad!
Other than that, you are off to a good start on a rather "interesting" website to say the least. Your next project maybe to try and give the site a more uniform appearance, same overall color themes, same fonts, etc. It will give your site a much more professional look.
