**UPDATE**
Finally took some pics with the Canon S230 I just stole from my dad this weekend (convinced him to upgrade to a Canon SD450, so I get his old camera and retire my A40!)

My car was parked next to my neighbor's '05 Legacy GT. While I envy his machine and plan on upgrading once I'm done with school, you can definately see the family legacy (no pun intended) in the roofline and C-pillars of both cars.

It was kind of neat. It was a wagon version of the brat. The spare tire was located on top of the air cleaner. The big gripe was that the dash was built at the same level as the bottom of the window so if you had anything on the dash and the window was open the stuff would fly out the window on a turn.

I had a crappy little Justy or something a fews years back (we're talking like 12yrs ago). It was like 95hp, Automatic w/no power steering. I couldn't steer without moving. Needless to say I had some huge pythons after driving that car.😀

22B owns any American Subaru bar none. Even if it it slower than the newer STI's nothing beats right hand drive and owning one of of only 400 units each handmade, and having aluminum body panels and having fellow 22B owners like Colin McRae and Nicky Grist.
 
do you guys think the new engine in the 06 models (non turboed) will have any problems? I'm deciding between an 05 and 06 regular impreza wagon for my new car in a few months. The price differences between the 05 and 06 is very low so that is not a factor.

Heh interesting that you say that.. I was just going to ask everyone how they feel their car should be perceived? (Rice box, respectable all-around car, etc.)
