sub-woofer for PC speakers

I have a pair of M-Audio AV40 (2.0) powered speakers for our PC. I need a sub-woofer with a 'line output' to connect to the AV40's.

I was hoping to get something in the $100.-$125. range.

Ideas? Thanks.
