Nothing killed directly from overclocking, but a watercooling leak killed 2 HD3870's. I don't know if that counts.

Damn right. I just increased my overclock on my Q6600 from 3.1ghz @ 1.36v (where it had been for a year) to 3.6ghz @ 1.56v. It was p95 stable overnight. F@H BSOD'ed the machine in less than 30 minutes.
 
Just killed an e6400 trying the TRUE washer mod. Probably not the best idea to fiercly test the new amount of pressure.

Other than that, I fried a P4P800 mobo, not sure how, but I ran that prescott at 3.6 on a Zalman 9500.
