Sub-title question, how would I insert a subtitle file (.srt) into a DVD?

I have a Hindi DVD and I found subtitles for it, and how would I combine them?
If you would like I can host the (.SRT) file for download?

i found ways to PLAY it with an AVI file but how do i burn it back on to a DVD?

I guess you might be able to use something like Virtual Dub Mod to combine the sub's in the avi but I'm not sure if the avi will take the sub file.

Edit: You could use something like MKV tools to combine your video, audio and subs into an mkv file but that'll only play back on the computer. (and make sure you got CCCP to play it with)
