Sub divide CPU and GPU forums to Intel CPU, AMD CPU, Ati, nV

Way too much argueing and trolling which aleinates n00bs and wastes bandwidth (not that wasting bandwidth is any incentive for AT forums considering OT and P&N still exists) but still, every other enthusiast site i know of does divide to avoid crap like this:
