Ok, guy's i need some help. A friend of mine is having his dad put together a system for him for $550 or less.

Basically a Gaming oriented system. Nothing to fancy, casue its only $550.

What he dosent need: Speakers, Mouse, Keyboard, Moniter, CD-Rom, Cables, Snd Card

What we want: DDR2700, Onboard Lan (not 100% required), Shim (MUST HAVE)

What I'm thinking SO far:

Processor - Athlon XP 1700+ - $50 (newegg)
Mobo - $100ish
Video Card - Chaintech Geforce4 4200 "GT20" Retail (128 mb) - $120 (newegg)
Ram - Viking 512MB 64X64 PC2700 DDR, Unbuffered, CL2.5, Model VGDDR64X64PC2700 - $58 +6 (ship) (Newegg)
HD - Maxtor 40GB 7200RPM Hard Drive Model # 6E040L0 - $59 (Newegg)
Case + PSU - $50ish
Heatsink - $25ish

Thats: $468

Help me fill in the holes! I like parts from Newegg cause i trust them.

Thats really about it. I'm not used to "getting everything at once" I usually just upgrade one or 2 parts at a time.
SO help me fill in or tell me what i should have in place of somthing.

Epox 8RDA+ (on-board audio, LAN)
Athlon XP 1700+ T-bred
Kington HyperX 512MB

Is he overclocking? Yes? Get Thermaltake SLK-800. If not, the retail hs/f should be just fine.

Mobo - Epox 8RDA+ - Great mobo, allows for easy OC of the 1700
RAM - (2x256) Kingston Hyper X PC2700 - Better quality ram
Case - Antec SLK3700AMB - Good Case with antec power supply
HD - Western Digital 80 GB SE - Go ahead and go with a larger drive, games are getting bigger
Heatsink - Thermal right SK 7 or similar, remember to get fan
