sub $200 lcd? I know nothing about monitors right now...

A dear friend of mine wants an lcd for less than $200...

She'll mostly play solitaire, browse the web, and check email.

15'' or 17'' would work. The problem is, at that price range I don't know what brands are reliable. What should I look for to make sure I'm not buying a product that will crap out on her?

Any suggestions?
